Pervez Musharraf, has come under attack in the Lahore High Court. Numerous issues have been advanced on behalf of the petitioners, according to

The News International, including denial of counsel of choice, access to the record of proceedings, appellate review consisting of a mere checkmark on a form, and increased punishment on appeal without notice or opportunity to make submissions. The Air Force trial was conducted in 2004.
