Létourneau & Drapeau 2d hits the streets

The second edition of Justice (ret) Gilles Létourneau and Prof. (Col. (ret)) Michel W. Drapeau's magnum opus, Military Justice in Action: Annotated National Defence Legislation, has just been published by Carswell. Details are available here. Congratulations to the authors.
