Brig. Moses Diba Ssentongo Chairman, General Court-Martial
New Vision, a Ugandan newspaper, reports that proceedings in the general court-martial had to be suspended when four accuseds could not be found. “I took it for granted that they are in incarceration,” their defense attorney commented. The four (civilians) are on trial for unlawful possession of weapons.
