Jakarta Post: A first private in the
National Military Police has been arrested for dousing an illegal parking attendant with gasoline and setting him on fire, apparently for refusing to pay a bribe equivalent to US$4.00. The victim was severely burned and is receiving medical care. The suspect is in military police custody and will be tried by a military court.
