Possible prison term for Spanish Army novelist

Luis Gonzalo Segura, a Spanish Army lieutenant, faces six months in detention for having written One Step Forward, a novel that strongly criticizes the armed forces. He has complained, among other things, that there are no guarantees of defense in military court. For the full story see this article in El Diario.
