Readers may have noticed that Global Military Justice Reform maintains a list of places from which we have received hits. (At this writing, the figure stands at 103.) We get this information automatically from Blogger's "audience" tracker in two-hour slices. This morning's data included a hit from Jersey, the bailiwick in the Channel Islands (as opposed to the much newer jurisdiction found between New York and Pennsylvania). This blog does not have a foreign policy, but we decided not to make Jersey No. 104, just as it didn't seem right to count Guam and Puerto Rico, which have also popped up from time to time.
