The U.S. Army Lawyer for July 2015 has an article that may be of interest for other than U.S. practitioners. The article is the reflection of a military lawyer about sexual assaults in the U.S. military. But as we know, the problem is not limited to the U.S. I suppose I could post this as a thought on officership and professionalism. Current and past AL's can be found here.
