The Supreme Court of Pakistan's quandary

Asad Rahim Khan has written this insightful but anxiety-inducing op-ed for The Express Tribune about the doctrinal choices facing the justices of the Supreme Court of Pakistan in the pending challenges to the 21st Amendment. The bad news is it's a minefield that could have devastating effects. The good news is that the court is working to get a decision out promptly. The Editor wonders if the result might be a fractured court, with some justices embracing one approach, and others something else entirely.
