Joni Ernst (R - IA), who is a retired Army Reserve/National Guard lieutenant colonel, has joined two Democratic Senators --
Kirsten Gillibrand (NY) and
Patrick Leahy (VT) -- in questioning the use of JAG Corps officers to prosecute immigration cases in federal district court, according to
