2015 changes to Manual for Courts-Martial

On June 17, 2015 President Barack Obama signed Executive Order 13696, amending the Manual for Courts-Martial. The text can be found here. The changes are effective immediately. The Executive Order will be published in the Federal Register on June 22, 2015.
