here. The Army and the National Police are reported to be coordinating, but who should/will decide whether the officers are tried in civilian court or a court-martial? Human rights jurisprudence indicates that where a human rights violation has occurred and the victims are civilians, offenses should be tried in the civilian courts. Watch this space.
