Racism and military justice: KPCC town hall

Save the date this Thursday evening! The terrific Los Angeles NPR affiliate radio station KPCC is hosting a not-to-be-missed "town hall" educational one-hour program on racism in the military justice system on Dec. 10th at 5pm PST -- note the west (is best) coast time. The indefatigable Col. Don Christiansen, USAF (ret.), President of Protect Our Defenders, along with Richard Brookshire, Executive Director and Co-founder of the Black Veterans Project, plus Maj. Coretta Gray, USAF (ret.), will be the experts discussing this troubling issue.

See here for details and how to register.  Your homework before attending:  the 2020 GAO report highlighting that "in all military services Blacks and Hispanics were more likely than Whites to be tried in a court-martial proceeding."
