PTSD @ the DRBs

Prof. Jessica Lynn Wherry (Georgetown) has written this major California Law Review article on the discharge review boards' handling of PTSD issues. Practitioners, veterans advocates, and scholars will want to familiarize themselves with it -- an excellent resource on an important subject.
