Should the leaders of the Kenya Defence Forces be held in contempt for failing to do as they were told in 2014 by the country's Court of Appeal? A former Air Force commander is standing up for his rights, according to this article. The decision at issue is Kariuki v. Attorney General, Civil App. No. 79 of 2012,  eKLR. One does wonder why Major General Peter M. Kariuki has for the second time waited years before seeking judicial review.
