Trouble at el Supremo

A controversy has broken out around recent appointments to the Fifth Chamber of the Spanish Supreme Court. This article from ECD Confidencial Digital tells the tale (it's complicated). The process appears to have caused some real heartburn within Spanish military legal circles.
