Use of stolen credit card and password at a civilian bank must be tried in civilian court
In a victory for the Federal Public Defender, the Supreme Federal Court of Brazil has ordered that the case of a soldier charged with larceny by means of a stolen credit card and password must be transferred to the regular courts. Ambito Juridicohas the story.
