The Muslim Brotherhood's English-language website has this post about the continuing military trials of Egyptian civilians:
The anti-coup Independence of the Judiciary Front (IJF) in Egypt announced its rejection of the unjust ruling issued by a military court to jail (for one year each) Safwat Abdel-Ghani, head of the parliamentary bloc of the Construction and Development Party in the Shura Council (Upper House of the Egyptian bicameral Parliament); Alaa Abu-Nasr, the party's secretary-general and leading member of the Anti-Coup Pro-Legitimacy National Alliance; and 3 more party members, as unfair military trials of civilians continue to punish and persecute politicians of all affiliations.
"The trial of civilians in military courts is null and void. It certainly is unconstitutional, and is a blatant violation of international standards of human rights.
"Rulings and sentences issued in all cases related to the ongoing political conflict shall not be upheld. They will definitely be reversed or revoked as null and void."
