The Press Trust of India reports that Colonel
Sandeep Kumar has taken command of the
Institute of Military Law (IML), Kamptee, succeeding Brigadier
D K Ahluwalia, who has orders to Western Sector, where he will be Deputy Judge Advocate General. Congratulations to both officers.
