House Armed Services Committee v. Military Religious Freedom Foundation
Is this constitutional? Daily Kos comments on Rep. Mike Turner's jaw-dropping National Defense Authorization Act amendment here. It's hard to imagine this provision will survive in conference. That it has made it into the full committee bill is shocking.
