GI access to the Supreme Court

The full House Armed Services Committee will take up the FY24 defense authorization bill on June 21, 2023. Of interest, section 541 of the chairman's mark removes the current indefensible limitation on access to the Supreme Court for the many cases in which the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces denies discretionary review. 

After nearly 40 years, it's high time the unfair bar on certiorari in such cases was lifted.
