Following a protest by Palestinian authorities, disciplinary action has been taken against two members of the IDF in connection with the burning of a confiscated Palestinian flag at a checkpoint. The soldier who set the flag on fire was restricted to his base for 28 days. His superior (presumably an NCO) was ordered to be confined for 20 days. Details
