Cameroonian military justice explained

Here is a brief report on recent testimony by Cameroon's minister of defense concerning that country's military justice system. Note the offenses for which civilians may be tried by court-martial. This is strongly disfavored by human rights principles and theoretically prohibited under the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights.
