Indian viewers may want to check out the currently airing production of Swadesh Deepak's 1991 play "Court Martial." The play
follows the bizarre trial of a junior-ranked military man convicted of murdering his senior officer. Rajeev [Khandelwal] performs the function of Bikash Roy, an especially sharp defence lawyer who goes deep into the stunning fact behind the assault.

Written by Swadesh Deepak, the play additionally stars Govind Pandey, Bhagwan Tiwari, Saksham Dayma and Swapnil Kotiwar. The play premiered on Dish TV and D2H Rangmanch Lively and Airtel Highlight on April 26.
Query for Indian readers: is Rajeev's uniform accurate? Is his hair within regulation limits?

  1. Play does not depict functioning of military or the way a court martial is held in India. I do not think the producers even consulted any military person before making this drama.
