Sood v. Union of India, a decision of the Armed Forces Tribunal holding that unless a court-martial sentence of dismissal directs forfeiture of pension rights, the accused retains his pension (and those rights cannot be denied selectively). But consider this: the court-martial in question occurred in
1999.
