Americans went to the polls today. (Some states are still at it.) Not to predict the outcome -- we'll know it in a few hours -- but if the House of Representatives changes hands, there will be new leadership in the body's committees, including the Committee on Armed Services. Might this lead to serious House consideration of legislation along the lines of Senator
Kirsten Gillibrand's Military Justice Improvement Act?
