Usually this blog kvetches* about cases being tried in what seems to be an inappropriate forum. This time the editor wonders why court-martial charges are not being preferred against a retiree . . . even though there has already been a South Korean prosecution and an Article 15. It's a long story, but one worth reading because it's so weird. Have a look and see what you think.
