Women's coalition to attack further reduction of sentence in Uganda multiple homicide case

A coalition of women activists has announced plans to challenge the decision of the Army Court of Appeal in Uganda for reducing a court-martial sentence from 15 years to three years (following an earlier reduction by the court-martial from 35 years to 15).
