The indelible indelible ink case

Major Zaidi Ahmad, RMAF
A long-running Royal Malaysian Air Force court-martial has taken under advisement the defense's submission that the government has failed to prove its case against Major Zaidi Ahmad. The court is scheduled to announce its decision in a week's time as to whether there is a case to answer. Major Ahmad is accused of violating Armed Forces Council orders on the use of indelible ink during the 2013 general election, making a media statement without approval, sending political text messages, and leaking a circular on the indelible ink.
