the following story from

A North Gauteng High Court judge has ordered the arrest of Minister for Defence and Military Veterans Dr. Sam Gulube, Defence Chief General Solly Shoke, and Air Force Chief Lieutenant General Zakes Msimang for failing to comply with an earlier order that reinstated four members of the South African National Defence Force.
