Edmund Thomas, the newest contributor to Global Military Justice Reform. He spent 35 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, five as a reserve officer and thirty in the Regular Force as a legal officer. He served in Germany for three years and was deployed to Bosnia, Haiti and Afghanistan.
Edmund retired from the Army in March 2017 and is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program at the University of Western Ontario. Much of his time in the Legal Branch was in Defence Counsel Services.
