Code 20 of the Office of the Judge Advocate General of the Navy has issued a COVID-19 pandemic "Sidebar" on
Restriction of Movement (ROM) Orders and Their Enforceability. It addresses, among other things, the pertinent punitive articles of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, notably including Art. 84, UCMJ (breach of medical quarantine).
