It's been down for more than a week and that's simply unacceptable in this day and age for a federal court. Yes, I understand that CAAF's website is administered by the USAF (which makes one wonder), but this is a federal appellate court of record.
Why they don’t use the system set up by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts -- http://www.uscourts.gov/about-federal-courts/judicial-administration -- where they could then incorporate PACER, at least to CAAF, is beyond me. It’s about time Art. 141, gets amended, so as to allow that. Article 141, enacted in 1950, is a relic of a bygone era!
