According to
Reforma, the PRI, a leading Mexican political party, has proposed a bill in the Chamber of Deputies to reform the country's military justice system. Details can be found
here (in Spanish). The proposed changes would track major shifts in the process for civilian trials, including a shift to oral hearings.
