Commentary on Bill C-11

Afton David, a friend of the Global Military Justice Reform Blog, a Senior NCO in the Reserve Force of the Canadian Forces, and a Defence Industry lawyer in her "day job", recently completed a brief commentary on Bill C-11, Canada's so-called Military Justice System Modernization Act, published on-line by the Canadian Global Affairs Institute.
