Uganda--still at it

Uganda continues to prosecute civilians in courts-martial. The latest case involves six men charges with possession of a rifle and 16 rounds of ammunition--all said to be a monopoly of the armed forces. Details here.

Human rights jurisprudence strongly disfavors the trial of civilians in military courts. Uganda is a regular offender of this principle.
