A weird problem in Madrid

This is really weird. For reasons explained here, there are multiple current and anticipated vacancies on the Supreme Court of Spain. How to keep things moving? Call on the judges of the (underworked) Military Chamber to take up some of the slack. Excerpt:

The General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) plans to resort exceptionally to magistrates of the Military Chamber to avoid the collapse envisaged in the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court, in charge of resolving, among others, appeals against the Government. This unusual measure is the last solution that the Government of the judges is studying to solve the operational problems that will begin to occur in the coming months in the Supreme Court as a result of the blockade in the renewal of the Judicial Power and of the legal reform that prevents making appointments of judicial charges.
