We learn
here that Georgia State Prof. Emeritus
L. Lynn Hogue,
left, is at work on a new edition of West's
Military Law in a Nutshell. The fourth edition, written by him and Emory University School of Law Prof.
Charles A. Shanor, was published in 2013. The new edition will need to cover a lot of ground, including changes made by the Military Justice Act of 2016 as well as important developments in the case law.
