The U.S. Court of Military Commission Review has affirmed the life sentence handed down in the al-Bahlul military commission case. The en banc decision can be found here.The accused can now appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and, eventually, the Supreme Court.
