The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press "guides archive" includes an 8-page
Reporter's Guide to Military Justice. That's the good news. The bad news is that it's from the summer of 2006. Time for an update to reflect the last decade's developments, including enactment of the Military Justice Act of 2016 and issuance of the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States (2019 ed.)?
