Supreme Court of India stays the operation of the new Tribunal Rules

The Supreme Court of India has stayed the operation of the new Tribunal Rules which had granted more say to the executive in selecting members of the several quasi-judicial bodies functioning in the country and had granted greater control to the government in their functioning.
