Is there some reason the names of the trial defense counsel are replaced with initials in
this November Art. 62, UCMJ decision of the U.S. Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals? Oh, and how come the military judge is referred to as "MJ" even though his name is given on page 1?
