Judge Advocate Otto During |
The general court-martial in Sierra Leone seems well on its way to a new record for slow justice. The latest: court had to be adjourned for a week because one of the members was absent.
This news account gives no indication that efforts were made to locate the missing member and bring him to court so the case could proceed. The trial has proceeded by fits and starts for 13 months.
