David F. Addlestone, one of the country's leading experts in military discharge matters, has joined Global Military Justice Reform's roster of contributors. David co-founded the National Veterans Legal Service Program and, before that, the National Veterans Law Center at American University. He served as a U.S. Air Force judge advocate in 1966-68.
