A supplementary cause list posted on the website of the
Supreme Court of Pakistan indicates that on Tuesday, February 24, a three-judge bench (headed by the Chief Justice) will conduct a hearing in Islamabad on 13 constitutional petitions arising from the authorization of military courts under the 21st Amendment to the Constitution. The same bench will also hear several cases arising from the 18th Amendment, passed in 2010.
