Concern over spotty media access to UK courts-martial charging information

The Guardian has an interesting column by its legal blogger concerning impediments to media access to UK court-martial charging information. You can find it here. Journalists are objecting to the fact that the Military Court Service is less forthcoming with case information than is required of civilian courts by guidelines issued by the Lord Chief Justice, Lord Thomas. The Society of Editors is weighing in.
