On November 8-9, 2023, the second International Military Justice Forum will be held at Stellenbosch, South Africa, under the auspices of the Stellenbosch University Institute for Advanced Study, the Centre de Recherche, Académie Militaire de Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan, and the Institut de Droit et Défense, La Clinique de Droit de Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan.
