The Joint Service Committee on Military Justice (JSC) has posted useful explanatory materials about the pending proposed changes to the
Manual for Courts-Martial in response to the important military justice provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022. These include an
executive summary of the changes,
questions from the Defense Advisory Committee on Investigation, Prosecution, and Defense of Sexual Assault in the Armed Forces (DAC-IPAD), and the
JSC responses.
