Col. Spletstoser can sue
The U.S. District Court for the Central District of California has ruled that a retired Army colonel's lawsuit against the government arising out of claimed misconduct by an Air Force general officer who is now the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff can proceed.
