On May 25, 2019, the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea issued
this provisional measures decision in
Case Concerning the Detention of Three Ukrainian Naval Vessels (Ukraine v. Russian Federation), concerning, among other things, criminal proceedings again 24 members of the Ukrainian forces for an alleged border incursion last year.
