Here we go again

Work has begun on a third edition of Military Justice Cases and Materials. Like the earlier editions of this multi-author law school textbook, this one will be heavy on American materials but will also present a wealth of international and comparative materials to permit a deep dive into the subject.

What would you include? What would you jettison? Please send your thoughts to the Editor. Thanks!
